Well, episode 11 has been completed, and Mai Mirai was used for the ending for the final time. So, to commerate, we at last have our second ending, as well as a fixed Type B opening. Enjoy, everyone, and please remain patient with me. ===== Opening Song: Hirari {Nimbly} Artist: Kouji Wada From the anime: Digimon Savers (Digimon Data Squad) I am still using “Hirari” as the song; it’ll stick until the end. For this “Type B” opening, I made a special edit of Hirari that uses the song’s second verse. However, to make sure I have enough time to showcase every main and secondary character, I also increased the original opening length by 20 seconds. ===== Ending Song: Sunodokei {Hourglass} Artist: Megumi Hayashibara From the anime: Slayers Evolution-R I’ve always wanted a slower theme as the second ending once I’ve reached this point. And once again, multiple songs came to mind. Examples include “Days ~Aijou to Nichijou” from Digimon Tamers and “Shinjitsu no Uta” from Inuyasha. Either way, I still wanted a female artist to handle this. While I was still unsure about a song, I got to see Slayers Evolution-R and heard this lovely song by my personal favorite Jpop artist and female seiyuu, Megumi Hayashibara. And how the lyrics match up with Peach’s situation in the series so well that it’s scary was a huge bonus as well.
While I’m not into Dragon Ball Z anymore, I do fancy the music. Mostly from the Japanese original. This awesome high energy tune comes from the seventh entry in the movie line up – Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13.This short movie is about three leftover Androids by Dr. Gero we never knew about. Man, they’ll come up with anything to make a movie. But I prefer watching the Dragon Ball Z films over the Pokemon ones. Now that’s a series that doesn’t know when to stop making movies….It’s an entertaining little feature, mostly when Goku is in action. He’s a fighting genius. But it’s not very memorable and doesn’t hold a candle to a superior DBZ movie in “World’s Strongest”, but it should satisfy the fans. ^_^ Enjoy!Giri Giri Sekaikyokugen is sung by Hironobu Kageyama, YUKA.
